Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Understand when refunds are available and our processing timeline
- You may request a full refund if your order has not yet entered the processing or content-creation stage typically within 12 hours of payment completion.
- Once content writing, domain deployment, or link placement has commenced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded in full.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Requests made after work on your campaign has already started.
- Search Engine Algorithm Updates: Rankings depend on hundreds of dynamic variables beyond link building. While our links are built on clean, high-metric domains with strict footprint protection, we do not guarantee specific rank positions or timelines, and rank fluctuations do not qualify for a refund.
- Incorrect Client Details: Incorrect target URLs or anchor text submitted during checkout by the customer.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues on our end, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
Link Changes & Modification Policy
Rules for anchor text, target URL changes, and link removals
You may update your anchor text or target URL free of charge as long as the campaign has not been published.
- Homepage & Sticky Posts: Free within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days: $5–$10 admin fee per link batch.
- Sidebar Blogroll: One free adjustment per active billing cycle.
- If you wish to remove your backlink from our network at any time after publication, contact our support team with your Order ID.
- Upon verification, your link will be permanently removed within 24 to 48 hours.

Our 30-day guarantee and lifetime maintenance commitments
Every order includes a 30-Day Indexation & Replacement Guarantee. We maintain active monitoring across our entire domain infrastructure to ensure maximum indexation, authority, and uptime.
- If any PBN domain hosting your link drops from Google's index or becomes inactive within 30 days of delivery, we will replace your backlink on a domain with equal or higher DA/DR metrics completely free of charge.
- Replacement links are placed within 3 to 5 business days of your replacement request.
- For permanent posts (Homepage Posts, Sticky Posts, EDU/GOV Links), we maintain active domain renewals, hosting security, and Cloudflare CDN coverage to ensure long-term stability.
- Our network undergoes regular audits to ensure all domains maintain their authority metrics and indexation status.
